Avon Sunflower Field II

This product is out of stock

Regular price $28.00

The Avon Sunflower Field, also knows as Prayers From Maria, was started by Ed and Megan McNamara in 2007 in remembrance of their daughter Maria, who was diagnosed at the age of 6 with a terminal brain tumor that would take her life within a year. Maria passed away on July 14, 2007 at the age of seven. The sunflowers were planted as a vision of beauty, and of hope, and each year attracts many visitors when in bloom. Through this, donations are brought in towards the study and research of causes, prevention, and treatment of Glioma cancer. This is one of the images I captured during sunset in the field while visiting. Prints of this image are not limited, and profit from each print sale is donated directly to the Prayers From Maria foundation.
