So I spent some time the other day putting together some Lightroom presets with Midwest Emo album covers in mind. The presets work well with homes during twilight/early night hours and in fog, or after/during a late evening rain. It definitely helps to have some kind of accenting light bringing some of the mood of the overall image (orange glow of a window light or street lamp, maybe even computer screen)

There are 110 total presets in this download. This includes both a level adjusted version and a flat version of presets with only the color edits so you can adjust from a flat raw image if you don't like the preset level adjustments. The preset level adjustments may work for your photo, but remember for those ones, they were built off of specific images that I was working on to create the preset itself. The flat versions will give a better starting point for certain images.

Keep in mind that most of these presets were made with very specific types of shots in mind, as mentioned above, and will definitely look very weird, sometimes pretty awful with some photos. Presets are never just the one click solution to an edit. You will often need to still do adjustments on your end. Some of the presets however work surprisingly well in bright mid day light.

To install Lightroom presets, open Lightroom and select File>Import Develop Profiles and Presets... - Navigate to where you saved them and open.
