Great care is taken in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All sales are final, and replacements or refunds are offered only in cases of damage during shipping. But don’t worry—you're covered! Every order is fully insured for its total value.

If your package arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible with clear photos of both the packaging and the affected items. This will allow for quicker filing of a claim with the carrier. Once we hear from you, we’ll provide next steps for a replacement.

For one-of-a-kind items that can’t be replaced, a full refund is issued after the claim is processed by the shipping provider.
