An infrared image of a tree in Kirtland, Ohio - 2022

Image captured on an infrared converted camera. The light flare is created from the removal of the hot mirror filter originally on the camera's sensor. This is replaced with a new filter, which allows different wavelengths of light to pass through. This creates a lot of flare when looking into certain areas containing harsh light, and makes flare from the sun a much greater possibility in images.
