File Requirements
What We Need
- TIFF or high-quality JPEG (save quality 10–12)
- 300 ppi at the intended print size
- Adobe RGB or sRGB color space
- Flattened — no layers, no embedded profiles from other devices
- No sharpening applied — we handle output sharpening per paper
Example: a 16×20" print needs a file at least 4800 × 6000 pixels at 300 ppi.
Before You Order
- Calibrate your monitor for best screen-to-print accuracy
- Download our ICC profiles (below) to soft-proof in Photoshop or Lightroom
- If printing from a film scan, confirm the scan resolution — most drum or flatbed scans at 2400+ dpi are fine
- We do not color correct unless requested — we print what you send

Handling
Shipping & Care
How it Ships
Prints up to 11×14" ship flat in a rigid mailer. Larger prints roll in an archival tube with tissue interleaving. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Handling Your Print
Handle by the edges only — oils from fingerprints are permanent on matte surfaces. Cotton and baryta papers are especially sensitive. White cotton gloves recommended for fine art work.
Display & Storage
Display under UV-protective glass to maximize longevity. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Store flat in a cool, dark environment between acid-free boards.
